• Round 4: 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM
• Round 5: 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM
• Round 6: 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM
• Round 7: 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM

✋ Bye Requests

If you cannot attend all rounds, a maximum of two half-point byes (excluding the last round) may be requested. Email us at least 24 hours in advance or inform the TD on-site.

No onsite registration allowed.
✅ All participants must register and pay online in advance for pairing purposes.

 

? Tournament Rules

• No talking during games
• No outside assistance allowed
• Fair play is expected at all times
• Arbiter decisions are final

 

? Photo & Video Consent

Vancouver Chess School may capture photos or video during this event for promotional use, including on our website and social media. If you do not wish for your child’s image to appear, please notify us in writing before the event.
